(I haven’t seen these anywhere else — and so was pretty pleased when I came up with them.)

Hi, I don’t mean to burst your bubble but your palindrome “Llama mall” is rather basic, isn’t all that original and has in fact been around in print for many many years. It was illustrated in Jon Agee’s book “Go Hang a Salami! I’m a Lasagna Hog: and Other Palindromes” published in 1994 but I recall seeing it in print as far back as the 1960s. Most simple palindromes have been discovered and rediscovered countless times. It is often impossible to attribute them to a single author. I have been writing and collecting palindromes for more than 40 years. For those interested, I suggest the website mockok.com where single sentence palindromes are collected and attributed to the original author/submitter. Some of my own are included including:
SOME MEDIC I USE DAMNED GOD AS SAD OGDEN MADE SUICIDE MEMOS.
GOD, LEE H. OSWALD, I’M AMID LAW, SO HEEL DOG!
PUPILS CITE NEGRO FOR GENETIC SLIPUP.
‘TIS IN A DESOTO SEDAN I SIT.
Here’s a couple of other pallindromes with multiple single letter middles:
Bud did a AAA ad I’d dub.
Bad evil gull’ll lub live dab.
Dee’s boll’ll lob seed. (all by Timi Imit)
Flee zoo ooze, elf.
Flee zoo O ooze elf.
Pupils on Lee flee eel–feel no slip-up.
Ma, I am all llama, I am.

i like the quadruple L. Are there any other palindromes that have a quadruple letter?

double letters starting a word are pretty rare…
aa
there are some aa- words, but no words end in -aa, (right?) and the one-letter ‘a’ doesn’t fit, because it would need to be ‘an’…
…bbccddeeffgghh…
ii
is there anything that ends in -ii? -ii I i-
…jjkk…
ll
lloyd
llama
ll-?
…mmnn…
oo
oops, oof
dogs poo. “oops” — god (God apologizing for the bad habits of canines)
…ppqqrrssttuuvvwwxxyyzz…
in conclusion, VERY FEW.

radii is the only one i could think of ending in -ii. i’m not sure how you’d make a palindrome out of it, though. …radii i idar…?
